Q. I have a large business/agency, Do you offer discount pricing?

• Yes, if you have more than 400 employees contact us and we will discuss a price to suit your agency.

Q. I need documentation for my budget to present to our board for approval, do you assist in this?

• Absolutely, Reach out to us so we can discuss your department/business and we will put together a proposal and all needed documentation needed to present for budgeting. We can even do a ZOOM meeting and show a demonstration if needed to show and explain how En-Gage will benefit your department.

• You log in with your admin account and disable that user. Once you disable that user they will no longer have access to the en-gage system. After doing this all data from that user will be disabled as well. The en-gage system will not delete data, all data will still remain and accessible.

Q. If I disable a user do I lose that license?

• No, every time a user gets disabled, that license returns to your available license pool. So let's say you purchase 20 licenses but only have 18 users currently. That leaves you 2 licenses for future growth, say you were planning on hiring 2 more positions. While taking applications and doing backgrounds you have one staff member leave the department. You disable them, this will now give you 3 available licenses.
